three garden clubs met and the Roadrunner District of California
was born and officers were appointed.
We are a non-profit association of garden clubs affiliated with: California Garden Clubs, Pacific Region, and National Garden Clubs, Inc. Our membership is open to all residents of the High Desert. Our district sponsors scholarships, reforestation of trees throughout California, youth programs, community programs, and veteran memorial markers. Our pledge is to protect and conserve our natural resources and promote education so that we may become caretakers of
our air, water , forests, land and wildlife.
